Client Project Deliverables

5. Project Engagements

Proposals and Agreements

Before commencing any project, StudioForTech will provide a project proposal or statement of work outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only upon mutual written agreement (which may include email confirmation) and receipt of the agreed deposit payment.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typical structures include milestone-based payments or monthly retainers.
• All invoices are due within the payment period specified in the project agreement (typically 7–15 days).
• Late payments may result in work suspension until outstanding balances are resolved.
• Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Project Changes

Requests for changes to project scope, features, or deliverables after the agreement has been signed will be assessed through a change request process. Changes may affect timelines and pricing, and will be documented in writing before implementation.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of cancellation:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
• StudioForTech will deliver all completed work and assets upon receipt of final payment.
• Deposits paid for work not yet commenced may be partially refundable, subject to the specific terms in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both StudioForTech and the client agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
• Was already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure.
• Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to confidential information.
• Is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services
